Return and exchange periods
If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your Product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products. This policy applies to purchases from the fortify web store.

Restocking Fees
1. Damaged Packaging: Boxes or packaging that are torn, dented, or otherwise compromised.
2. Missing Components: Any missing parts such as screws, brackets, cables, or tools that were originally included.
3. Damaged Items: Physical damage to the item itself, such as scratches, dents, or breakage.
4. Wear and Tear: Signs of use or installation, including but not limited to, scuff marks or installation marks.
5. Missing Protective Materials: Absence of protective foams, wraps, or covers that were part of the original packaging.
6. Incomplete Returns: Returning the main item without including the accessories or parts that were part of the initial package.
7. Altered or Tampered Items: Any modifications, including firmware updates not authorized by the manufacturer, or physical alterations.
8. Incorrect Repackaging: Items not returned in their original packaging, which includes the manufacturer's box, interior protective materials, and any original paperwork.
9. Missing Documentation: Absence of manuals, warranty cards, or any other documentation that was included.
10. Late Returns: Items returned after the specified return period.
11. Unauthorized Returns:Items returned without a valid return authorization from customer service.
Step-by-Step Guide for Returning Items
Step 1: Review the Return Policy
Familiarize yourself with our return policy to ensure your item is eligible for return.
Step 2: Request a Return Authorization
Contact our customer service to request a return authorization. This ensures that your return is expected and processed efficiently.
Step 3: Prepare the Item
Ensure the item and all accompanying parts or accessories are clean and free from damage.
Reset or erase all personal information from devices, if applicable.
Step 4: Packaging the Item
Place the item back into its original packaging, including all protective materials and accessories.
If the original packaging is not available, use a sturdy box and sufficient protective padding to prevent damage during shipping.
Step 5: Documenting the Condition
Take clear photographs of the item and its accessories, showcasing their condition before packaging.
Photograph the packaging process, showing the item securely placed within the box, along with any protective materials used.
Step 6: Seal and Label the Package
Seal the package securely with shipping tape.
Attach the return label provided by our customer service. If using your own shipping method, ensure the return authorization number is
clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Step 7: Ship the Item
Use a trackable shipping service to send the item back to us. Retain the tracking number for your records.
Step 8: Notify Customer Service
Once the item is shipped, notify our customer service with the tracking information. This will help us anticipate the arrival of your return.
Step 9: Await Confirmation
We will inspect the returned item upon receipt. You will be notified about the inspection result and the status of your return or exchange.
